(The following are legal documents that were publicly released as e-mail attachments by public information coordinator Bob Davis of the University of Texas at Austin on September 9, 2016, in response to an August 29, 2016-dated e-mail public-information request from UT-Austin alumnus and former "Daily Texan" student newspaper UT-Austin-Administration-beat reporter John Kevin McMillan of Austin. A comprehensive official 33-page UT-Austin Police report on McMillan that was publicly released by UT-Austin September 9, 2016, acknowledged in writing that UT Austin Police Department was not able to find any evidence of any criminal activity by Mr. McMillan. Mr. McMillan in his entire life thus far has never at any time been arrested or detained by any UT-Austin Police officer or any UT System Police officer on any occasion. --- jkm)
