(The following was a printed statement about myself on page 18 of a "For Law Enforcement Purposes Only" official and "Comprehensive Report" on myself, John Kevin McMillan of Austin, Texas, that was compiled for and received or reviewed by the UT-Austin Police Department on June 14, 2016, according to legal documents about myself that were publicly released by the University of Texas at Austin public information coordinator, Bob Davis, on September 9, 2016.
