Thank you for your April 17 reply note.

Would you please be willing to ask your supervisor, Assistant City Manager Rey Arellano, to himself personally review those 20 pages of legal documents I FAXed to you at my expense on April 10?

I am making this request of you because I feel very sure that Mr. Arellano will agree with me on this:

that the Austin Police Department and the City Government of Austin did, in fact, officially approve the cited late December 2011 forensic rape-evidence kit that was obtained from my own body.
