Dear James, John, and Ernie,
Since each of you very polite Texan gentlemen are cited as individual beneficiaries of my last will and testament, and James has been named the eventual administrator of my estate, I would like to share with each of you the following very important legal correspondence of mine relating to the cited risk of my "going deaf" in Austin, Texas, from prolonged involuntary exposure to noise pollution I definitely do NOT want and I definitely did NOT authorize, as my ENT medical specialist, Dr. David Tobey of Austin (he's based along Angus Road in northwest Austin, at the Austin Ear, Nose, and Throat Clinic), has agreed.
Please note that this legal correspondence of mine does contain a reply letter that an attorney for the Texas Legislative Council wrote and accidentally E-mailed to me.
Any suggestions or ideas or hunches or impressions from any of you on any aspect of this would be greatly appreciated, as I believe it to be very reasonable for me to file a formal anti-noise pollution complaint on my own behalf as soon as possible. I would need to cite a defendant or respondent, though, in order to file that legal complaint through the Attorney General of Texas or a court of law in Austin, Texas.
Best Wishes,
John Kevin McMillan. Home phone: (512) 342-2295.

Dear Kindly Representative for the Attorney General of Iowa in Des Moines,
Thank you for your very helpful reply note on behalf of the Attorney General of Iowa.
Do you have any suggestions or advice to offer me as to which individual or group of individuals or entity (such as an individual or a non-profit group or for-profit business or government entity or government-owned institution, or a private school or private university or a cited educational services provider) I should file my consumer complaint against when I contact the Attorney General of Texas?
Best Wishes,

Dear respective Attorneys General in Iowa, Missouri, Louisiana, Minnesota, and Nebraska,
I'm a native of Lincoln, Nebraska. I'm also a former resident of Minnesota who myself pursued a career in newspaper journalism as a full-time reporter for the daily general-circulation newspaper in New Ulm, Minnesota. I'm also a biological relative of numerous very fine current residents of Iowa, including my very friendly aunt Allegra Dane and her husband, John Dane, who reside in the Iowa City area, and my Cousin Jim Dane, a very fine farmer gentleman residing in the Iowa City area.
I have politely complained to Aunt Allegra Dane and Uncle John Dane about constant, year-round, ongoing noise pollution in Austin, Texas, that has been significantly injurious to myself. I am very hopeful that those kindly relatives of mine and Cousin Jim Dane in the Iowa City area of Iowa might be willing to help me identify the source of that injurious noise pollution I did not cause or generate or authorize that puts me at risk of my going deaf in Austin, according to my ear, nose, and throat specialst, Dr. David Tobey, who indicated to me recently during an examination of myself inside his Austin Ear, Nose, and Throat medical clinic along Angus Road in northwest Austin that Dr. Tobey would not rule out that possible eventual scenario of deafness in my own future in Austin, Texas. Dr. Tobey has also stated to me that he is very sure that I myself did NOT cause or authorize or generate or request the year-round noise pollution that's injurious to myself in Austin, Texas.
I would be very grateful to ANY of you very distinguished Attorneys General, and to my kindly cousin Jim Dane, if any of you would please offer me a written response to this E-mail correspondence from myself, including the following legal correspondence (see below) that includes a reply E-mail letter sent to me by an attorney for the Texas Legislative Council state agency in Austin, Texas.
Sincerely and Best Wishes,
John Kevin McMillan,

As a law-abiding, gainfully-employed, single adult gentleman with no criminal-conviction record who myself is a victim of continuous and year-round and significantly injurious noise pollution occurring in Austin, Texas, over a multi-year period, I would appreciate any written response on the following legal correspondence of mine that any of you are willing to offer me.
Please note that the reply E-mail letter immediately below was apparently an E-mail note sent by an attorney for the Texas Legislative Council in Austin to a colleague of hers. That attorney, Ms. Deborah Fulton, later stated to me in writing, through a follow-up note she sent me today, that she had inadvertently E-mailed that note sent to myself. Ms. Fulton did not forbid me in writing from sharing this internal E-mail communication of hers with other persons.
Sincerely and Best Wishes,
John Kevin McMillan, a resident of Austin, Texas, proper ever since mid-March of 1997.

This isn't a request for info -- it is a request for a reference. Do we need a "sorry we can't help" form letter.

Dear Noise Fee America Officials in Madison, Wisconsin,
I'm a recent former dues-paying individual member of your nationwide non-profit organization based in Madison, Wisconsin.
As you of course know, your non-profit group takes pride in helping to protect Americans from their ever being injured by noise pollution that was inflicted on them against their wishes.
I have one follow-up question that I would like to respectfully pose to you and your current membership and officials of Noise Free America:
DO YOU YOURSELF KNOW OF ANY RECENT CRIMINAL-LAW OR CIVIL-LAW CASE IN WHICH AN AMERICAN CITIZEN OR VISITOR TO THE UNITED STATES OPERATING IN THIS NATION WAS FORMALLY ACCUSED IN A COURT OF LAW IN THE UNITED STATES OF HAVING DELIBERATELY AND WILLFULLY INFLICTED CONTINUOUS NOISE POLLUTION ON A CITED VICTIM, WITH THE ALLEGED DELIBERATE AND WILLFUL INTENT BY THE DEFENDANT OF HIMSELF INFLICTING MEDICAL INJURY ON THE LATTER INDIVIDUAL, SUCH AS MIGHT OCCUR FROM INCREASED BLOOD PRESSURE FOR THE VICTIM OR HIS OR HER SUSTAINING A HEART ATTACK TRIGGERED BY THAT NOISE POLLUTION, WEIGHT GAIN SUSTAINED FROM PROLONGED INVOLUNTARY EXPOSURE TO THAT STRESSFUL NOISE POLLUTION, PERMANENT AND SIGNIFICANT HEARING LOSS SUSTAINED AS A RESULT OF THAT NOISE POLLUTION, LOSS OF SLEEP TO THE VICTIM SUSTAINED FROM THAT CONTINUOUS NOISE POLLUTION HAVING BEEN INFLICTED ON THE VICTIM WHEN HE OR SHE LAY IN BED AT NIGHT AND WAS UNABLE TO FALL ASLEEP BECAUSE OF THE BACKGROUND NOISE, A MEDICALLY INJURIOUS OR FATAL ACCIDENT TO THE VICTIM RESULTING FROM HIS OR HER BEING DISTRACTED BY THAT CONTINUOUS BACKGROUND NOISE POLLUTION, OR STRESS-INDUCED CANCER TO THE VICTIM THAT WAS SUSTAINED AS A RESULT OF INVOLUNTARY AND PROLONGED EXPOSURE TO THAT NOISE POLLUTION?
Also, do you know of any private attorney certified by the State Bar of Texas who has a fine reputation for filing lawsuits in a court of law (even, hypothetically, lawsuits against a cited attorney member of the State Bar of Texas or a cited law firm in Texas or a cited non-profit entity or business entity or private citizen who or that might possibly be accused of allegedly sponsoring or authorizing the injurious noise pollution) on behalf of individual victims of noise pollution (myself, for instance) who happen to reside in Texas?
Thank you in advance for your helpful reply letter in response to this one follow-up question from a former member of your group.
Best Wishes,
John Kevin McMillan, a lifelong-tobacco-free, permanently alcohol-free ever since 1990 (and never-previously-addicted) and anti-alcohol, permanently illicit-drug-free ever since 1984 (and never previously addicted) and anti-drug, tattoo-less, facially-cleanshaven, hygienic, clean-talking, non-sadomasochistic and anti-S&M, non-stalking, consistently civil and honest and law-abiding and gainfully employed single adult male victim of noise pollution who has myself been informed in person inside his medical clinic by my nationally-recognized Ear, Nose and Throat medical specialist, Dr. David Tobey of Austin----who had previously resided in Boston, Mass., as a medical intern there in a prior decade-----that the permanent damage I've myself sustained against my own wishes in Austin, Texas, from involuntary exposure to year-round noise pollution that I myself did not authorize or generate or request, is comparable in magnitude and severity to what a police officer of the Austin Police Department might himself sustain over the course of his entire career, Dr. Tobey helpfully informed me in a recent prior year during a medical examination of myself at that time. Dr. Tobey has evaluated my hearing capacity over a multi-year period, and he is continuing to schedule follow-up medical appointments for me for which I am paying what I can afford on my bills.
