"And I do believe that the City of Austin set up the office. It's called Office of the Police Monitor. They get complaints regarding anything dealing with the Austin Police Department. They're an independent organization, and I believe they take complaints and oversee things of Internal Affairs.

"You can reach them at (512) 974-9090. They're located here in Austin. And again, it's called the Office of the Police Monitor. You can also look at their website, which outlines exactly what their mission is. And I think that they are in the best position to address your complaints regarding the Austin Police Department.
