(EDITOR'S NOTE: Ms. Evans of the Texas Health and Human Services Commission state agency of the State Government of Texas misspelled my last name in the following E-mail reply letter to me. My correctly spelled last name, "McMillan," contains only one 'i'. The State Government of Texas is officially headed these days by Texas Governor Greg Abbott. Immediately before he assumed that elective office in Austin in January 2015, Mr. Abbott held the elective position of Attorney General of Texas for 12 consecutive years. --- jkm)
