IN HIS SEPT. 4, 2012, REPLY E-MAIL LETTER TO ME, OFFICER JAMES TURNER ANNOUNCES APD'S APPARENT DECISION NOT TO INVESTIGATE THE ALLEGED PERSONAL-INJURY-CRIMES CASE AND ALLEGED ANAL-RAPE CRIMES CASE IN WHICH I MYSELF HAVE BEEN THE CRIMINAL-LAW COMPLAINANT AND SELF-IDENTIFIED CRIME VICTIM AS NOTED IN DOZENS OF CRIME REPORTS I HAVE MYSELF FILED WITH APD EVER SINCE APRIL 28, 2011, IN PARTICULAR.

I have received your emails and reviewed the photographs sent. At this time the Austin Police Department will not be investigating further or re-open your case. I would appreciate that you continue to utilize me as your liaison and I will as for now review any photographs that you feel may have evidentiary value.
