Urgent Need for annual "Pederasty Prevention Award"

The widespread and very alarming incidence of sex crimes in the United States that victimize Americans who are legally classified as minors in that context--any and all persons under age 17 in Texas, for instance--suggests the urgent need for an annual "Pederasty Prevention Award."

I am very hopeful that some philanthropic foundation or benevolent billionaire will be willing to donate money toward establishment of an endowment fund toward the annual conferment of that award and accompanying cash prize of $1 million. That generous prize would each year be given to the private citizen, government official or other public official, family, religious group or other non-profit organization, research institute, educational institution, or for-profit business--a media company, for instance---that in the most recent 12-month period had contributed the most meritoriously toward deterrence of the sex crimes of pederasty or pedophilia or child molestation or statutory rape (involving "consensual" sex between an adult and an under-age youth) throughout the entire United States.

Conferment of an annual "Pederasty Prevention Award" will promulgate to our entire nation, and to the entire world, the crucial message that fully protecting minors from being subjected to sex crimes inflicted on them by adult persons in the United States, is of paramount importance to all honorable and law-abiding people of America.

I am confident, too, that the accompanying news media publicity about the noble accomplishments and admirable beliefs of each recipient of the annual Pederasty Prevention Award, will help to significantly reduce the incidence of sex crimes victimizing Americans classified as minors (anyone under age 18, 17, or 16, depending on the U.S. state where the incident occurs) in that context.
