Dear Open Records Coordinator for the "Texas Commission on Jail Standards" state agency in downtown Austin,
Please note that this follow-up letter from me also provides your state-government agency in Austin with each of my respective home addresses during the applicable time period ever since January 1, 2015. In the online public-information request (farther below) that I submitted at 8:33 p.m. today to your very influential State of Texas agency at your official website, I neglected to mention each of my respective home addresses for the time period from January 1, 2015, through June 20, 2019. Please let me know if you want me to resubmit my online public-information request with that additional factual information added to the text of a newly revised online request from me.

The online confirmation I immediately received on my computer screen at 8:33 p.m. today (Thanksgiving, November 25, 2021) that your Texas Commission on Jail Standards state agency has received the following online public-information request (next item) from me:
"Your message was sent successfully. Thanks."
___________________________
The exact verbatim text of my online public-information request earlier tonight to your State of Texas agency:
"I seek to obtain from your Austin-based 'Texas Commission on Jail Standards' state agency any and all legal documents, records, letters, or e-mail communications received or written by or on behalf of an administrator, attorney, or investigator for your government agency at any time since January 1, 2015, that refers to me in any manner or context.
"My legal name is John Kevin McMillan. My date of birth is April 27, 1957. My place of birth is Lincoln, Nebraska. I am a lifelong single person, and I am also a lifelong American citizen.
"This public-information request was prompted in part by the in-person interview of myself I participated in at my request inside the Travis County District Attorney's Office in downtown Austin on my birthday (April 27) in 2015. I was very grateful for the interview that I was granted when I visited the DA's Office that day. I learned after the interview that each of my two polite DA's Office interviewers were investigators for the Travis County District Attorney's Office Critical Incident Unit. My interviewers were Lt. Roger Dean and Sgt. Jose Ballesteros. During the interview, I was repeatedly asked by either Lt. Dean or Sgt. Ballesteros whether I ever felt as if I were 'going crazy' from allegedly continuous home-invasion-crimes I had complained about to Austin Police that were allegedly victimizing me and harassing me on a daily and year-round basis during my sleeping hours as I lay alone on my bed, asleep and unconscious, inside my bolt-locked rental-apartment unit in northwest Austin.
"I have been completely celibate throughout any and all of my own conscious or waking hours ever since the day I moved to north Austin in August 2001. I have been permanently alcohol-free on a continuous and uninterrupted basis ever since the late summer of 1990. I have not consumed any marijuana on any occasion since the late fall of 1984. I myself am very anti-marijuana-minded. In my entire life, I have never consumed any illicit drug other than marijuana. I am gainfully-employed and law-abiding and public-safety-minded. I do not have any criminal-conviction record."
