Subject: APD on 1-31-20 certifies 9 spy-camera photos of alleged trespassers in bed area of my current apt. during my bedtime hours

From: John Kevin McMillan, date of birth April 27,1957, longtime criminal-law complainant and self-identified continuous-and-continuing-personal-injury-crimes-and-anal-rape-crimes victim in APD Sex Crimes Case 16-1340923.

A respectful FYI to each of you on the following reply e-mail letter (last item, below) and online attachment I received today from the Austin (TX) Police Department (APD) Open Records Unit in response to my most recent January 24, 2020-dated public-information request (last item, below) to APD. I would appreciate a reply note from any of you on any aspect of this e-mail documentation from myself.
When I today visited the official City of Austin website and downloaded an attachment provided to me by the Austin Police Department's Open Records Unit, I then found a total of nine (9) separate photo images that had been obtained for me in 2019 during my bedtime hours inside a bolt-locked rental apartment unit where I was a rent-paying official tenant---photo images, that, in each and every case, APD has certified for me as apparently not being of myself, John Kevin McMillan of Austin, Texas.
As it turned out, each of the nine cited photos were obtained for me during my sleeping hours inside my bolt-locked current rental-apartment unit at Pebble Creek Apartments, 8805 North Plaza Drive, in north Austin---a complex that is also situated in Austin District 4. My duly-elected official District 4 representative on the Austin City Council is Council Member Greg Casar, who also resides in Austin District 4.
I always sleep alone on my own bed, I am a single-by-choice, longtime-celibate (including throughout any and all of my own conscious or waking hours ever since I moved to the northern section of Austin in August 2001), recently-certified-HIV-negative and STD-free, permanently-drinking-alcohol-free (ever since the late summer of 1990), permanently marijuana-free ever since the fall of 1984 and lifelong-illicit-drug-free in regard to any and all illicit drugs other than marijuana, lifelong-tobacco-free, permanently jewelry-less, clean-talking (no profanity by me in my everyday conversations with others), lifelong-tattoo-less, facially-cleanshaven (no beard or mustache or goatee on me), and platonicly polite Anglo adult lifelong-non-Christian and senior-citizen gentleman.
I have NEVER permitted anyone to enter my current apartment unit any time at nighttime, with the exception of on-duty Austin Police Department officers.
The Austin Police Department Public Information Office has assigned my above-cited request for information the official APD-designated identification number of # R031781-012420.
This most recent request for information of mine had referred exclusively to my seeking motion-sensitive-infrared-camera photo-images evidence obtained for me from inside my bed area during my bedtime hours in 2019, and that, in each such case, were photo images I myself had directly provided to APD for APD Sex Crimes Case 16-1340923.
EACH AND EVERY ONE of the thousands of photo images I provided to APD in 2019 and in early January 2020 for APD Case 16-1340923 were obtained for me ever since early June 2019. This is a complete certainty because each of those infrared-motion-sensitive photos were obtained from either of two total hunter's cameras that I had purchased brand-new in 2019 and from either of two video cards of mine I had purchased brand-new in 2019.
I need to clarify the point that the dates and times cited were incorrect for each of nine photos officially designated by APD today as appearing to be of someone OTHER than myself, John Kevin McMillan of Austin. I had difficulty attempting to set the date and time functions for the brand-new motion-sensitive and infrared hunter's camera I had purchased on or about June 3, 2019, inside an Academy-chain store in northwest Austin. Only after I later purchased an additional brand-new hunter's camera and accompanying brand-new video card inside that same Academy store location on December 5, 2019, as my sales receipt I have kept from the store confirms, was I then able to figure out how to correctly pre-set the date and time functions for those two cameras that I currently am using inside my bedroom during my bedtime hours inside my current bolt-locked and fully-secured solo-occupancy efficiency rental-apartment unit at Pebble Creek Apartments.
Consequently, many of the 5,402 total hunter's camera photo images from two separate brand-new flashdrives (one with 770 photo images, the other with 4,632 photo images) I provided in person to APD Patrol Officer Travis Vonholt, APD Badge Number 8605 (during a 10:24 p.m. to 10:40 p.m. on-duty visit that polite APD officer made to my current bolt-locked solo-occupancy apartment unit) on Saturday, January 4, 2020, for APD Case 16-1340923, did contain the correct dates and times.
I had purchased the additional brand-new hunter's camera on December 5, 2019, upon very helpful advice to do so that I received in November 2019 from a very polite female investigator for the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, Investigator Diana McGeehan. Investigator McGeehan visited my current apartment unit on November 14, 2019, from 2 p.m. to 2:40 p.m. that day, during which time she interviewed me inside my apartment in connection with DFPS Case Number 7292-2668. Investigator McGeehan's cell phone number, according to the official professional ID card for herself that she handed to me in person on November 14, is: (512) 960-9351. Her office phone number is: (512) 369-7019. Her official e-mail address is: "diana.mcgeehan@dfps.state.tx.us".

Subject: Fw: 1-30-20 URGENT: SEEKING SAFE-HOUSING SUPPORT FROM A CITY OF AUSTIN OFFICIAL

I would appreciate a reply letter from any of you City Government of Austin officials, including the City of Austin's current respective liaisons to the Texas Municipal League or to the Travis County Commissioners Court or County Judge Eckhardt or to the Texas Senate or to State Senator Watson, in direct response to the following (below) e-mail letter from me.

Please note that I am seeking to obtain a written reply message from ANY of you that directly states whether you support safe housing conditions for me during my sleeping hours and napping hours inside my current bolt-locked solo-occupancy (only myself, and I ALWAYS sleep ALONE or nap ALONE on my own bed) efficiency rental-apartment unit at Pebble Creek Apartments, 8805 North Plaza Drive, in north Austin. (I should politely emphasize that my housing conditions inside my bolt-locked current rental unit at Pebble Creek Apartments are quite comfortable for me at all times during any and all of my NON-sleeping or NON-napping hours.)

I need to explain that I myself am defining safe housing conditions as housing conditions in which NO ONE but myself, John Kevin McMillan of Austin, is physically present ANYWHERE inside my current bolt-locked and fully-secured solo-occupancy efficiency apartment unit at ANY time during my sleeping hours or napping hours as I lie alone, asleep and unconscious, on my own bed.

I need to also clarify why I am seeking a reply letter from any of you City of Austin officials that directly states whether you support safe-housing conditions for me inside my current bolt-locked apartment unit in Austin. So far,  no City Government of Austin official whom I have contacted has directly addressed that subject in a reply letter to me.

By contrast, a very honorable Travis County Government official who represents me on the County Commissioners Court, County Judge Sarah Eckhardt, and a very distinguished and honorable former mayor of Austin and current State Senator from Austin who directly represents me in the Texas Legislature, Senator Kirk Watson, have each sent me very recent respective reply e-mail notes stating that each of them supports safe housing conditions for me inside my current bolt-locked apartment unit in Austin, Texas.

I hope to hear from you soon.
Sincerely and Best Wishes,
John Kevin McMillan.

Dear Very Influential City Government of Austin officials in this state-capital city for Texas,

I would appreciate receiving a reply letter from ANY of you very influential City Government of Austin officials, in which you simply state to me whether you yourself support safe housing conditions for me inside my current apartment unit during my sleeping hours---housing conditions in which NO ONE but myself is physically present ANYWHERE inside my current bolt-locked and fully-secured solo-occupancy efficiency apartment unit at any time during my own sleeping hours as I lie alone, asleep and unconscious, on my own bed.

I need to also take this opportunity to politely point out that so far, no City Government of Austin official (see below for some of the City of Austin officials I've contacted about this in recent months) has been willing to write and send me a written assurance on this very major public-policy-related issue for me.

However, I did receive very recent reply e-mail letters from Travis County Judge Sarah Eckhardt and State Senator Kirk Watson, respectively, in which each of them kindly stated to me in writing that they each support safe housing conditions for everyone, including myself, here in Austin, Texas. I am very grateful to each of those two elected officials for having provided me with that very helpful written statement on behalf of Travis County Government and the State Government of Texas, respectively.
